ORDERS
Orders are typically processed three to five business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the email confirming your order. This, of course, does not include pre-orders and pre-order phases.
You will receive an email notification from us upon shipment, along with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your transaction. Kindly give the tracking details on the transporter's website a full day to appear.
We are not responsible for any delays that may arise from a large number of orders or postal service problems.
ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND FEE POLICY
Please note that our webstore provider charges a non-refundable 3% transaction fee on all orders. As a result, any cancelled order or pre-order will incur a 3% refund fee to offset this charge.
Once the refund has been processed, kindly allow several business days for the funds to appear in your original method of payment.
RETURNS/REFUND
Please send us an email at info@fountultd.com if the product(s) you ordered are discovered to contain manufacturing flaws or to have been damaged during transit by the postal service. We will investigate the situation and take appropriate action.
We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any other reason.

We should soon have delivery alternatives available to the majority of international destinations. However, there are several nations that we are currently unable to ship to owing to enduring global crises and/or delivery problems. Russia, Ukraine, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Israel, Palestine, Iran, Lebanon, and other such nations are examples of these for the time being.
Customers from other countries should be aware that import charges and taxes, which include VAT, may apply to their orders once they arrive at their destination. All orders are shipped by Fount Ultd. as DDUs (Delivered Duty Unpaid). If any additional fees apply, you, the purchaser, are liable for them. It is necessary to understand and accept that Fount Ultd. will not be held accountable for potential shipment delays or returns if local customs enforcement cannot locate or contact the customer to pay duty taxes on incoming parcels.

PRE-ORDERS
A pre-order constitutes the advance purchase of a title that is not yet physically in stock at the time of ordering. Pre-order periods may extend for several months and typically precede final production, printing, binding, and fulfillment. An estimated release and fulfillment date is provided on each product listing for reference only and reflects our best projection at the time of publication.
Due to the nature of independent and small-batch publishing, delays or variations in production and shipping timelines may occur. By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and accept that such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or dispute, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Once a pre-order item has completed production and is ready to ship, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, in accordance with our standard order fulfillment procedures.
