Dear customers,

Due to recent changes in European Union customs regulations, Canada Post has temporarily suspended parcel delivery services to the following EU countries while it implements compliant shipping solutions:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Spain.

These new regulations introduce additional customs requirements and fees for parcels valued at up to €150 entering the European Union from outside the bloc. Consequently, Canada Post has temporarily suspended shipments to the countries listed above while it updates its systems to comply with the new regulations.

Although UPS and DHL remain available as shipping alternatives, their rates are unfortunately significantly higher than our standard postal services.

Customers in the affected countries who place an order will be contacted and offered one of the following options:

• Receive a full refund of their order.
• Have their order securely held until Canada Post resumes service to their destination.
• Upgrade their shipment to UPS or DHL by paying the difference in shipping costs.

Shipments to all other EU countries not listed above continue to operate as normal through Canada Post.

We sincerely apologize for this temporary disruption and greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support while this situation is being resolved.
