Dear customers,

We would like to briefly explain recent changes to some of our shipping rates.

Over the past weeks, international carriers have introduced new fuel surcharges tied to rising global fuel prices and the instability caused by the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. These added costs are now being applied to many shipments and, in certain cases, can increase postage by up to $10 CAD per parcel.

Because of this, we have had to make temporary adjustments to shipping prices for selected destinations.

Within Canada, the greatest impact is currently being felt in provinces farthest from Quebec, particularly those on or near the West Coast. Internationally, the destinations most affected at present are Asia and Oceania. Shipments to the United States are, for now, not impacted by these changes.

You may also notice that UPS and DHL are no longer available for many international orders. Recent price increases from those carriers have become exceptionally high, and we do not feel it would be reasonable to pass those charges on to customers.

These measures are temporary and will be reviewed as soon as market conditions improve. If fuel costs return to more normal levels, we fully intend to revise our shipping rates accordingly.
